Mr. Ewing has participated in numerous mass tort actions including recent settlements in Vioxx and Prempro. Further, he successfully litigated and settled the claims of 30,000 Ohio homeowners who were foreclosed upon by JP Morgan Chase. All post-foreclosure deficiency amounts owed and all assessed Court costs were forgiven for class members.
Mr. Ewing has extensive experience in both jury and bench trials. He has litigated matters in Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Tennessee, South Carolina, New York, Florida, Alabama, California and Washington State. He has authored litigation articles, including articles for the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers. He has served as a speaker at litigation seminars and Continuing Legal Education forums on the subject of complex litigation.
